Highest-paid Cabinet member noong 2025 si Department of Science and Technology (DOST) chief Renato Solidum, ayon sa Commission on Audit (COA) annual Report on Salaries and Allowances (Rosa) para sa calendar year 2025.
Si Solidum ay sumahod ng P6,660,249.89 noong nakaraang taon.
Tumaas ang kita nito kumpara sa P6.38 million noong 2024 at P6.06 million noong 2023, nang siya rin ay ideklarang top earner.
Ang second-highest earner sa Gabinete ay si dating Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla sa P5.97 million.
