Pinakamahabang araw mararanasan sa Hunyo 21 – PAGASA

Inaasahang mararanasan sa Hunyo 21 ang pinakamahabang araw ngayong 2026 sa Northern Hemisphere.
Ayon sa PAGASA, Hunyo 21 ang simula ng tag-araw sa Northern Hemisphere at taglamig naman sa Southern Hemisphere.
“This happens when the sun reaches the most northerly point in the sky, and so on June 21, here in the northern hemisphere, we will experience the longest day and the shortest night,” ayon sa PAGASA.
Kasunod nito, inaasahang magiging aktibo ang June Bootid meteor shower mula Hunyo 22 hanggang Hulyo 2, at aabot sa peak activity sa Hunyo 27.
Mas mainam umano itong mapanood sa gabi, ayon sa PAGASA.
Ang June Bootid ay dulot ng pagdaan ng Earth sa dusty debris trail na iniwan ng short-period comet 7P/Pons-Winnecke.
