Jon Santos, nagka-cancer, gumaling

Sa The Daily Dish program sa Bilyonaryo News Channel, isiniwalat ng komedyanteng si Jon Santos na nagkaroon siya ng Stage 2 prostate cancer.
Sa ngayon, his medical leave might soon be over makaraan ng tatlong buwang pagpapagaling.
Sa regular checkup daw niya nalamang dinapuan siya ng naturang karamdaman.
Pabirong sabi ni Jon: “I had a checkup that revealed certain red flags for heart, lungs and something for the urologist…and I had, ‘Oh, I have cancer now!’”
Despite his discovery, nananatiling komikero si Jon.
Giit niya, it’s his humor which help him deal with it.
“So we take turns being the patient and the nurse. I am the better nurse, he is the better patient,” pagdyo-joke pa ni Jon.
“So I’m at the tailend of my medical leave. I am working again!
“Humor helps. A lot of humor…it does help you purge out all of that anxiety that says the bad stuff.
“Parang nagke-cleanse at umaalis.
“Kaya nga laughter is the best medicine. In short, LBM!” biro pa ni Jon.
