Ombudsman pinagsusumite ng Kamara ng SALN ni VP Sara

Inatasan ng House Committee on Justice si Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla na dumalo sa impeachment hearing na nakaiskedyul sa Abril 14 at isumite ang kopya ng Statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALNs) ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Si Remulla ay inisyuhan ng komite ng “subpoena testificandum et duces tecum”.
Nakasaad sa subpoena na pirmado nina House Committee on Justice Chairperson Gerville Lusitro, House Secretary General Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil at House Speaker Faustino Dy III na isumite ni Remulla certified true copies SALN ni Duterte sa mga taong 2022 – 2025, 2007 – 2013 at 2016 – 2022.
“You are hereby directed to appear before the Committee on Justice on April 14, 2026, 10:00 a.m., at the 2nd floor of the People Center, House of Representatives, and to submit the following documents,” nakasaad sa subpoena ni Remulla.
Isa ang SALN ni Duterte sa sisilipin ng komite upang mapatunayan ang reklamo na unexplained wealth.
