Pinatutsadahan ni Senador Panfilo Lacson si Senador Alan Peter Cayetano nitong Linggo, Hunyo 7, kasunod ng panibagong Facebook live ng huli.
“‘When you’re strong on the law, pound the law. When you’re strong on the facts, pound the facts. When you’re weak on both…’ — mag-Facebook live ka na lang,” ani Lacson sa isang post sa X.
Sa isang Facebook live nitong Sabado ng hapon, muling iginiit ni Cayetano na “bogus,” “peke,” at “hindi totoo” ang sesyon ng Senado noong Hunyo 3 kung saan naihalal si acting Senate President at Senate President Pro Tempore Sherwin Gatchalian.
“The Executive Department, House of Representatives, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, law deans, law professors, former Senate presidents and many others do not recognize Senator Alan Cayetano as the President of the Senate. So, what is he?” sabi pa ni Lacson sa hiwalay na post sa X.
Matatandaang sinabi ng Malacañang na kinikilala nito ang liderato ni Gatchalian, habang pinagtibay naman ng Integrated Bar of the Philippines na “lawful” at “valid” ang naturang sesyon ng Senado.
