11 na abogadong kongresista ang bubuo sa prosecution team at pamumunuan ito ni House Justice committee chairperson Rep. Gerville Luistro.
Kabilang sa mga miyembro sina:

3. 1-Rider Party-list Rep. Rodge Gutierrez;
4. Senior Deputy Minority Leader at Mamamayang Liberal Partylist Rep. Leila de Lima;
5. Akbayan Party-list Representative Chel Diokno;
6. Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Terry Ridon;
7. House Senior Majority Leader Lorenz Defensor;
8. Bukidnon Representative Keith Flores;
9. Cagayan de Oro Rep. Lordan Suan at
10. Dinagat Islands Rep. Kaka Bag-ao
Tiniyak ng mga lider ng Kamara na ang binuong prosecution team ay mahigpit na susunod sa itinatakda ng Konstitusyon sa pagsusulong ng impeachment case taglay ang propesyunalismo, integridad, at respeto sa due process.
