“Sir BBM, I am not angry with you, and I also know that you do not have any personal anger toward me,” ani Dela Rosa.
“I am now appealing to you to take care of every Filipino so they are not taken to another country. You are our President, and it is your moral obligation—not only your constitutional mandate—to protect every Filipino from being taken abroad, especially when you know they have no jurisdiction over us.”
“This has gone too far,” sinabi pa ni Dela Rosa.
“We are not a colony, and we are not their subjects. Why do we keep bowing to them?,” aniya, na tumutukoy sa tangkang pag-aresto ng ICC.
“So that is my only request to you, sir. Please, if you still have love for our country, that is all I ask of you—protect not just me, but every Filipino who finds themselves in this kind of situation,” ayon sa senador.
